A true Gluten Free Sourdough with a nutty flavour and full of the goodness of multiple seeds and grains.
The ingredients are as follows - Organic unbleached flours - brown & white rice, buckwheat, millet, tapioca. Seeds - flax, seasame, poppy, sunflower, pumpkin, corn grits. Egg, milk, cider vinegar, xantham gum, olive oil, filtered water, natural leaven starter (gluten free beer base), unrefined natural New Zealand sea salt.
Development took 3 months. We were aiming for a bread that could be enjoyed by any bread consumer, not just those who need to avoid gluten. We are very proud of this bread and hope you will enjoy it too.
